Hi Histonetters,

I'm going to be processing and cutting some frog embryos for IHC and
IN-SITU hybridization in the near future. I was wondering if anyone has a
paraffin processing schedule for frog embryos or has tried frozen
sectioning with subsequent IHC/IN-SITU staining.

									Thanks,
									Frank
