Jill,

We use Pharmingen's CD31, which they recommend that the antibody be stored
at 4C for up to one year. It has worked very well for us on
paraformaldehyde fixed tissue with a 20-30 minute pretreatment in tyrpsin.
We've also found that alcohol fixed tissue gives a great signal without any
antigen retrieval steps. As far as antibody storage and shelf-life, Gayle
Callis provided an excellent answer.

Good Luck
