Caroline

I believe you can use ED-1 or OX42 or both. Both work in FFPE tissue samples.

Subject: [Histonet] Microglia antibody

Hello Everyone,

Iım looking for an antibody to stain microglia in rat brain sections. These will be perfused with formalin and sectioned at about 60 microns. Iıll probably start with an ABC kit, but would also like the ability to use the antibody for immunofluorescence. Are there any recommendations?

Thanks,

Caroline Bass
