Hello All,

I wanted to know what variation of the alcian blue/PAS stain that you like best. We are going to start doing this stain instead of the alcian blue that we do now. The texts that I use (Carson, Bancroft, AFIP) all have diffrent variations. I just wanted some imput on what is best.
