congratulations on your retirement. I have to agree with everyone else, 42 
years of experience is a wealth of knowledge. Please stay on, your knowledge 
is irreplaceable. We'll give you a couple of weeks off, but will expect you 
to return. At least do what I plan to do, keep my toes wet when I retire.
