Re: [Histonet] RE: NF kappa B

From:Larry Woody

I use the NFkB p65 Santa Cruz (only one from them I do use) at 1:500 or .4ug/ml overnight and it has worked just fine. I recently tried the goat polymer from Biocare with the same antibody at 1:100,200,300,400, and 500 and still could go out a lot more.

We are trying to optimize 2 NF kappa B antibodies for immunohistochemistry on
formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue.
They are NFkB p50 (clone: sc-114) and NFkB p65 (clone: sc-8008) produced by
Santa Cruz.
We followed the instructions, but we only got very week signals.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Mari
