[Histonet] polyacids in trichrome stains
Hi!
I've just read in a German textbook, that the polyacids
(phosphormolbydenacid, phosphortungstenacid) render the connective tissue
coarse to give the right staining in trichroms-methods. Is this really a
correct explanation? Or only an old theory (the book isn't very old)? ;)
