Subject: [Histonet] trypsin verses chymotrypsin

Hello everyone

Is there anyone out there that can explain the difference between
trypsin and chymotrypsin for retrieval in immunohistochemistry. I'm
working out a protocol for aggrecan on cartilage and I have a protocol
that says they retrieved in chymotrypsin. Any input would be
appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Liz
