Six months - the same as hardware.  We used to keep them indefinitely, but you can imagine what a mess that was.

I'm interested in how long you are keeping breast implants that have been
removed.  I have seen the recommendations on the CAP site but they do not
address the length of time these specimens should be kept.  I am trying to
get my Risk management Department to make a decision.
