I have been getting a lot of background in the mucosa of the Gastric 
biopsies, especially in cases that show increased inflammation and many eosinophils. I 
have increased the incubation time in peroxide blocker and protein blocker 
and decreased the time in the primary and secondary Ab, only to find it getting 
worse instead of better. I am using Biocare's antibody and detection system on 
their instrument. Any suggestions to eliminate this nonspecific staining?
