We have been successfully using Dako's polyclonal CD117 on the Ventana instruments with no pretreatment and a 1:100 dilution, 32" titration.  We have also sampled Ventana's monoclonal CD117 and found it worked well after a heat treatment with an EDTA buffer.
 We do keep our GI stromal tumor control slides in the freezer...

Hello everyone I thought that I would reach out to the world and ask a question.  Currently we are trying to get CD-117\C-kit on line with our immunostainer, and are having some difficulties.  We are trying to run this on our Ventanna stainer and are coming up with little to no results.  Wondering if anyone can help.
