[Histonet] Trypan Blue Removal For Protein Analysis
From: | Timothy Lewis Liparulo |
I am currently using Trypan Blue as a measure for injury in rat
skeletal muscle cells. The animals were preinjected with the dye 24
hrs prior to sacrifice. I would like to perform a protein analysis on
the tissue but am afraid that the dye in the tissue will be problematic
for western blot analysis. Does anyone know of a way to remove the dye
pigment without significantly affecting the integrity of the muscle
protein?
