Completely agree with Gayle..... folow Gayle's advice.
    In my experience, omit Glutaraldhehyde ; this really messes up achieving a good H&E easily. You don't need it if you are only doing H&Es, anyway. If you want a "crisper" result, use Bouin or Carnoy, for example. .
