Two  ??s, which is  the  fixative  of  choice  for  cell preparations??,  the  cells(human bladder after  purification)  will  be  smeared  onto  APES coated slides, and  then  fixed, (ideally if  we  get  enough  cell  we  will  make  a pellet  and process it) and  secondly a   much  easier question, how  long  is  a  piece  of  string?
