We use a Genta stain for our helicobactors.  It is a microwave stain that is similar in appearance to a warthin stary silver stain combined with a alcian blue.  We do this stain every morning on our gastric bx's and it only takes 15 to 20 minutes to do.  It's very easy.  If you are interested I can send the instructions.
