 I'm sure we could all benefit by sharing this information.  If there is anyone else who can add information to this list, many of us would be greatly appreciative.  Managing people is the most difficult part of my job.  I'm sure there are many people out there with better skills/experience/ideas that can help us all in this area of our jobs.
