    I don't know of a mouse book but you might try the website of the
Jackson Laboratory in Bar Harbor, ME. They pretty much "invented" the
laboratory mouse.
    Also"The Microscopic Anatomy of the White Rat" by Smith and Calhoun,
Univ. of Iowa Press, 1968, might be of some help.
