Immuno on cultured cells is fairly easy if the cells attach to the vessel and aren't suspended.  If they attach, grow them in a dish instead of a flask and you can do immuno in the dish (no scraping to a slide).  If they are suspended, can you centrifuge them, pellet them, then put them on a slide?
