Hi,

I am trying to identify cells in the brain of mice embryo ( E 18.5 and
15.5). The brain tissues were fixed in either paraformaldehyde 4% or
formalin. I have a vial of polyclonal sheep anti GFAP antibody (Sigma).
Could anyone share with me the  protocol for using the antibody ?
