Hi,

I've just finished doing the Gallyas stain for tangles and have found that no matter how gentle I am with the slides tissue falls off the slide during the stain.  I thought about using + slides but heard that brain tissue and plus slides don't work due to +/- charges working against each other.  Any suggestions?  Also, what could I use as a control for tangles?  I'm working with mouse tissue.
