Dear All
Has anybody used the Biomeda polyclonal antibody (V2056) to Muc3?
While the spec sheet recommends 1:100, I have diluted up to 1:2000
and still get staining in nornal stomach which is NOT supposed to 
happen, no antigen retrieval either.   Any help will be greatly 
appreciated.

Also, Calponin (basic) I am not having much luck. What do other IHC 
labs do?
