Hello all,
I know that there has been some discussion about the "failure to fill" 
problem due to clogged filters. We have now been supplied with super duper 
new filters for the EZPrep, and are still finding that the machines are 
failing. Has anyone else been using the new filters, and if so, are you 
still getting this error message?
