For those of you who specialize in immunos, what is your title? I am
attempting to upgrade our exclusive immuno tech position, and am struggling
to explain how it compares to med tech levels/technical specialist
positions. I don't want to require HTL and limit myself in a hiring crisis.
This is where education for Histotechs is so valuable. It's hard to explain
to senior management or med tech oriented administrators what we do....
