Greg,
I contacted CAP about that question myself. The person who I talked to
(sorry, I have all the info at work) gave me some articles to look up.  All
the articles she referenced dealt with sentinal lymph nodes.  Nothing about
prostate seeds.  So I wrote the procedure according to one article, put the
lady's name, the date and time I talked to her, three of the articles she
referenced and put them all together with the procedure.
    I have an onsite inspection at the end of the year, so it will be
interesting to see what happens.
