You may want to try the COX-2 ab's (mono or polyclonal) from Oxford
Biomedical, AR in citrate buffer and O/N incubation at 4C.

Nafiesa,
I am still struggling with my COX-2 staining as well; but you might try 
incubating your primary antibody overnight at 4 C.  Good luck.
