We have several Leica products and are awaiting the arrival of our new processor.  I cannot complain at all about the service we have received from this company.  Our rep, Bruce Augustensen, is great...I call him with a problem and I immediately receive a call from their service dept. to set up a time to repair our problem .  I would hate to see people judge an entire company on what may be just a problem in a certain location or a certain rep. .   I cannot speak for others, but as for me, I still think Leica is a reputable and reliable company to deal with.
