I am an Occupational Health physiotherapist/ergonomic specialist who would
like to help with the prevention of repetitive motion injuries to our
histotechs. Can anyone shed some light on the following:   
*	 Is there data available on the frequency and severity of WMSD
(Workplace Musculoskeletal Disorders) disorders or RMI (Repetitive Motion
injuries) in the histotech population?
*	Are there any facilities that have had success in dealing with these
problems? I'd like to learn of what control measures have helped,  be it
ergonomic equipment, work practice measures, etc.
*	Any recommended readings on the subject?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
