Embedding

From:Gayle Callis

Have done both and it made no difference. To embed out of paraffin, filled
the embedding chamber or area where cassettes are held during embedding
process with paraffin - never put the cassettes into dispenser area. There
were reasons for filling the embedding chamber pan with paraffin for an
FDA/GLP study, to insure the temperature in this area was correct/recorded
day of embedding/daily.

Curious as to why you ask???
