Hi,
I need help from the EM gurus please.
I have a basic immunogold protocol for IHC for  TEM sections. So far so good.
However, most of the Abs they want to stain require either digestion or HIER on
FFPE sections. Can one retrieve Abs with these methods for TEM? 
The tissue will be fixed in gluteraldehyde and embedded in Lowicryl. Does
anyone have an opinion as to what % gluteraldehyde is best?
I will appreciate any help you can give me.
