We have been using SIGMA Cytochrome C (product number C8266) from horse heart, on our frozen sections of muscle bxs for years and have been notified it has been discontinued. Sigma suggest another product but it is a type 3 Cytochrome C . The method specifies type 2. Does it make any difference? Can you help and which product do you use?
