Hello, I am wondering how other hospitals/labs are dealing with including
the cancer protocol information in your pathology reports.  Is it a
seperate part of your report, or is it included with the diagnosis?  How
are the pathologists determining which is "essential" information to
include, and does anyone know if the CAP has published their list of
essential elements?  (They are supposed to before Jan 1, 2003).  Are any of
you implementing any monitors for compliance?  Thank you for any input!
