Hi Tammy,

That's right, you don't need to use Osmium on these unless you want
the enhanced staining you get with Osmium.  If you have done LM on
sections prior to EM sectioning before, you will see that they stain
darker than tissue that hasn't been processed in Osmium. At least that
is the case with toluidine blue staining.
