I agree with Charles. I attended the "School of Kampa" AKA "Waynes World" and 
you'd better believe we were well prepared to take the registry (written and 
practical) upon graduation. He saw to that!! No question....one should have the 
knowledge and parctical skills necessary before applying to sit for the 
exam.JMHO.
