Re: Slide Drying

From:Kelvin So

Hi Albert,

Have you noticed any sign of fading in routine histological and IHC stained slides on storage? How long have you tried with this new mounting medium?

Thanks.

I was given a free sample of Richard-Allan Scientific Cytoseal 60 by a friend that works in the hospital lab. I have been very satisfied by the drying time (less than a day) and the optical clarity. This product is also compatible with several xylene substitutes, as well as xylene. I also find the clean-up easier compared to Permount.
