I do a lot of PCNA on both rat and mouse.  I use PC10 from Dako at a
dilution of 1:100 10 minutes at room temp. with the Dako EnVision kit
using 10 minutes in the secondary and 8 minutes in DAB.  I can fax my
procedure if you send me your fax #
