Jennifer,

So far we've produced lovely EBER, Kappa and Lambda ISH on our Discovery; however we are in the process of swapping it for a Benchmark as we've realized we don't need a research instrument as much as a clinical one.  The Benchmark is even easier to use as all the protocols are already installed and there are less variables for the user to decide upon.

My lab is looking into automating our ISH protocols.  We're seriously
looking at Ventana's Discovery, but I also have a brochure from Tecan for
the Genesis Gene-Paint.
