RE: Carnoy's fixative II

Gray lists two fixatives for Carnoy, both dated 1887
	1.  100 EtOH (180ml) + acetic acid (60ml)
	2.  100 EtOH (150) + acetic acid (25) + chloroform (75)

I know of no others, but that means little given the confusion in the matter
of attribution.
