T-tissue
A-autopsy
BM-bone marrow
C-non-gyn
S-pap smears
TR-thin prep referrel- we don't do them in house yet- I'm sure that will be
another letter
XO- outside consults

We have 3. One for surgicals, SU. One for autopsy, AC. One for
cytology, CY.
I'm curious as to why you would have so many prefixes?
