SS - Submitted slides (for our consult)
R - reference 

C - IP non-gyn
PN- OP non-gyn
GC - GIDU
P - OP gyn
CG - IP gyn

The biggest pain is all the separate file systems.

I'm curious as to why you would have so many prefixes?
