Helicobacter control

From:"t.hacker@har.mrc.ac.uk"

I am on the scrounge again, this time for an Helicobacter pylori
control. This may be a little more difficult than my previous request
for an amyloid control which met with resounding success from a
number of you "across the pond".
I have tried the alcian yellow/tol. blue method posted by Robin
Thain which looks very pretty but without the appropriate control, I
can not be sure it has worked (I do not want to resort to Warthin-
Starry or Steinner). How reliable (or specific) are the Romanowski /
Diff-quick methods?
If anyone could help me out I will be forever in your debt!
Yours in eager anticipation,
Terry.
