Dear Collegues,

at the time I am working on a methode for cryosections on small insects

e.g. aphids or collembola. because we have no machine to embed the
whole 
insects in paraffine this technique is accompanied with a high loss of

specimen and a long retention period (approx. 1 h) in high temerpature

(60 degr. Celsius) paraffine. 
Does anyone of you know a reference for a cryosection methode with
insects 
of this size?
