Hello to all,
I am new to histopathology and I've been trying for a long time now 
to get the Luxol fast blue stain for mouse brain working. I work on 
frozen sections. I have heard that the best way to reveal myelin 
pathology is to sac and immediately perfuse the mouse with 
paraformaldehyde 4%. Is that right? Would anyone share a protocol 
about this? any help is appreciated!
