Hi everybody. I nned some help.
I am using some cell culture insert to make a co-culture of ovarian cells. I would like to use the insert for in situ hybridisation experiment but I do not know the best way to embedd the plastic insert membrane. Can I use paraffin with plastic? What about criosections?
