My processing stations are all set at 40 minutes from 10% BNF to the 3rd
histoclear, then 45 min for each paraffin (3 changes).  I have no problems.
 Also, how do you fix your tissues?  What are you fixing tissues in? We
allow our tissues to fix in 10% BNF for 3-4 days before trimming in and
processing.
