Dear colleagues,
I unsuccessfully tried several times to get an immunostaining for 
phosphorylated JNK (Phospho-SAPK) , using an antibody from New England 
BioLab (now Cell SIgnalling) on mouse brain sections.
No staining at all on paraffin sections, even after 10 incubation in 95°C 
citrate buffer; nor on frozen sections (where I had occasional staining of 
hippocampal mossy fibers)
Has anybody experience with this antibody on brain sections?
