Muscle fibre typing

From:Neuropathology

muscle fibre typingI had the same problem when I first used the method. In
the end I phoned Sigma. My U.K. catalogue has it on page 102 under
2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol. The product number is 221 and I have no idea
why it's not a main sequence number.

  Dear Andy Shand:
Thanks for the great muscle fibre typing procedure. I've one question. I
could not find in the Sigma catalog the Sigma 22l buffer.

Could you tell me what that means? Is it an already made buffer, stock
solution. I work in research and we could never afford already made
buffers.

  Thank you
