I need to have some input (ie pros and cons) on which device people prefer
for cryoultramicrotomy (immunoEM).

The Leica EM PACT high pressure freezer or the Leica EM CPC universal
cryofixation and cryopreparation system.  

One is a bit more space and cost saving, but will it produce as good a
sample as the high pressure freezer.
