Advice.
From: | "Dr. Ian Montgomery" |
In my new
role as a Histologist for every possible organism can I have a wee bit of
advice from the fish biologists among you. Starting a project looking at
lipids in fish muscle so any hints and tips, without me reinventing the
wheel, would be welcome. Is it, as with mammals, iso-pentane cooled with
liquid nitrogen or is there a better way with fish.
Last week
mosquito larvae, this salmon whatever next?
Ian.
