whole mouse embryos

From:"Renton, Lousie, Mrs" <177louie@chiron.wits.ac.za> (by way of histonet)

Dear Histonetters please help, this is a long shot, but hey, who
knows!!

A few months ago I glanced at a journal article on doing cryostat
sections on whole mouse embryos and newborns without the use
of decalcification. The article used an in house tape transfer
method (not the cryo-jane one), and showed some fantastic
pictures of immunofluorescence. As it was not pertinent to my
reading I did not pay more than passing attention to it. Now of
course, somebody needs to read it.

Did any one see this article? I thought it was in Biotechnics and
histochem, but I can't seem to find it. I would really be grateful if I
could get the reference.
