I was wondering if there is anyone out in histoland willing to share their
histology career ladder information with me.  

I am in the process of putting one in place at my hospital.  I need to know
if other hospitals, research institution, etc. have a process from which I
can use to build from.  

I need to know information regarding the process an individual can be
promoted from for example  HT to HTL to Histology Supervisor to AP manager
and what is the criteria.  Do you have for example a HT, lead HT, HTL, lead
HTL etc.  Any information you provide will be a great help.  Thanks in
advance.
